Fall Autopayments are scheduled for Aug 23.

Oak Park Karate Classes will be located at West Suburban Montessori School: 1039 S. East Avenue Oak Park, IL starting July 1, 2010. New class schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00pm - 6:45pm Beginners Family Karate (ages 6+) and 6:45pm - 7:45pm Family Karate (ages 6+).

Enso Shotokan Karate - Classes in Chicago and Oak Park, IL

New students who are interested in getting an introduction to karate may join our 6-Week Intro sessions in our Chicago or Oak Park locations. Enso offers Adult, Youth, and Kinder Karate classes. Salsa Aerobics - New!

Join this fun, high-energy cardio workout as you learn to move your body to authentic salsa music. Let the rhythm shake your hips & move your body. Teaching the entire class in Spanish, instructor Rosy brings more than 20 years of experience, energy, and passion to Salsa Aerobics. All fitness levels welcome. Salsa Aerobics is Mama-Friendly! Bring your kids if you like, and they can play nearby while you workout.

Classes are on Saturdays from 8am-8:55am. $10 per class. Summer class dates:

Enso Karate Summer Camp

Enso Shotokan Karate is pleased to offer an exciting camp for children ages 5-12. This camp is open to children of all experience levels, including students who are new to martial arts. Children can sign up for one or two weeks: August 9-13 and/or August 16-20, 2010. Camp goes from 9am-12:30pm, Monday through Friday. The fee for this camp for one week is $180 ($195 after June 1) or $325 ($340 after June 1) for two weeks. The camp will be held at Enso's downtown dojo in Chicago at 719 S. State Street. Intro to Aikido

Enso offers Aikido to students ages 15 and up, regardless of fitness level or previous martial arts experience. Interested students can take one free trial lesson. Eskrima 6-Week Intro Session

Enso offers, Eskrima, also known as "Filipino stick fighting." Classes are offered on Fridays 7-8:15pm & Sundays 2-3:15pm. The cost is $150 for a 6-week session (12 classes) plus a one time $50 registration fee which includes a uniform and a pair of sticks. New students can enroll in 6-Week Sessions, according to the following schedule:

Yoga Classes

Enso offers yoga on Thursday evenings at 6:05pm. Reservations are not required. Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled class time. Questions about yoga classes can be directed to Jim Herbert at yogijim@ensostudio.com.
