Enso Shotokan Karate - Classes in Chicago and Oak Park, IL

Join our 6-Week Intro sessions in our Chicago or Oak Park locations. Enso offers Adult, Youth, and Kinder Karate classes.

Summer "Intro A" Session begins the week of May 29, 2012 at our new location at 412 S. Wells Street, 7th Floor. Register for Adult Karate Classes online. For Youth classes (ages 6 and up), register online or submit an inquiry. For Kinder Karate (ages 4 to 5), there is a waiting list for Summer Session. You may submit your information to be placed on the list.

Tai Chi

Enso is pleased to offer Tai Chi classes to teens and adults. A 6-Week Intro Session begins on April 16, 2012. Developed over centuries in China, Tai Chi is a low-impact, sophisticated series of movements that can bring significant benefits to your physical, mental, and emotional health. Practiced slowly, Tai Chi systematically works all the body's tissues, moving, stretching, and opening parts areas that have become stiff or closed from stress or lack of use.
